Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds, Returns, or Exchange:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons, not due to our error, will not be refunded.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing). The item must arrive back at our facility in undamaged condition. No refund can be granted if the item is damaged in any way.
- you receive the wrong item. The item must arrive back at our facility in undamaged condition. No refund can be granted if the item is damaged in any way.
- Occasionally damages occur in transit, we acknowledge this and will treat this on a case-by-case basis. A photo of the damaged item must be submitted to sales@huwood.cc within 24 hours of the tracking delivery date.
Refunds o Exchange (if applicable):
First you have to return the sunglasses(expenses paid by the customer). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via Paypal, within a certain amount of days.
If your exchange of sunglasses is approved, we will inform you, and send them right away.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- If you do not report damage to your sunglasses within 24 hours upon delivery.
*If you do not receive your sunglasses within the guaranteed time, you can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
